KT BUSINESS GROUP (KTBG) is established under the laws of Ethiopia and engaged in export, import, transport and heavy trucks spare parts trading business would like to recruit competent and energetic applicants for the following positions:-within 7 working days from the date of this notice:

Position:- INTERNAL AUDITOR

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•Plan financial and operational reviews/audits that are

identified through yearly risk assessment.

Design and update the audit guidelines and procedures and ensure their implementation.

Verify that controls are operating through testing and interviewing techniques in accordance with audit procedures.

⚫ Evaluate the adequacy and quality of internal operational controls (systems, practice, processes) and recommend improvements.

Follow-up on the results of audit work is documented in accordance with applicable audit standards.

• Analyze and conclude on effectiveness and efficiency of control system.

• Oversee the identification of opportunities for improving business processes, based on audit outcomes, to minimize

risks.

• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.

•Participate in the investigation audit as required by CEO • Work closely with External when they assess the platform. • Conduct internal audits for and its partner organizations in accordance with the annual risk-based audit plan: communicate findings and recommendations appropriate auditee management members.

• Conduct Data Quality Audit (DQA) on performance indicators company operations.

• Identifying and evaluating the organization's risk areas and provide input to the development of the annual audit plan. • Attend on quarterly stock counts

• Organize Ethics and Anti-fraud trainings and evaluate the awareness of the trainees.

• Carry out scheduled as well as impromptu/spot check audits and surprise cash count as and when deemed necessary: prepare periodic reports for discussion with supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or holder of International Professional Certifications such as CIA, with six (5) years of demonstrated experience out of which three (2) years in Supervisory level

OR

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, F Finance, Business Management, or holder of International professional certifications such as CIA, with eight (6) years of demonstrated experience of which four (3) years at

Supervisory level.

•Proficient in MS office applications

Proficient in English and Amharic language, both written and verbal communication

Familiarity on IFRS Audit standard and Company IFRS implementation procedure

Familiarity with the use Enterprise Resource Planning or (ERP) software

. Familiarity with System based Audit procedure. •Work Place Addis Ababa Ethiopia
